We recommend that all of
our clients should
ultimately aim to become
at least Rescue Divers.
This, together with
solid experience over
time is the minimum for
somebody to be
considered a truly
autonomous, responsible
diver.
The course is
excellent fun and
features much scenario
based learning,
eventually building up
to an assessment over
four simulated
situations. It last
three and a half days
and includes two days
confined water work and
one day of boat work.
Among the new skills you
will learn and practice
are self-rescue,
in-water rescue
breathing, searching for
a missing diver and
emergency management.
