We opted for "basic accommodation" and whilst I wouldn't describe the hotel as luxurious, it was clean, the staff were friendly and it served the purpose perfectly for a short break. Also, being a typical Brit' my language skills are pretty poor, so it's always nice to have someone that can take care of everything for you and, from start to finish, every detail was taken care of.
